Job Description:
Sree Lakshmi Kalamkari Works, a heritage Hyderabad textile brand specializing in handcrafted Kalamkari sarees, cotton kurtis, and fabrics, is hiring a Boutique Designer & Fashion Production Head to lead our design and production operations at our Kompally unit.
This is a dual-scope role - part creative lead for premium custom boutique orders, part technical lead overseeing bulk apparel production working directly with our cutting master and tailoring team.
What you'll do:
Consult with premium clients on necklines, cuts, and motif placement for custom Kalamkari pieces
Develop tech packs, catalogs, and master samples for bulk kurti and blouse production




Calculate fabric consumption to eliminate wastage across bulk runs
Lead and communicate technical design details to our Hindi-speaking cutting master and tailoring team
Own quality control on the production floor before final billing
What you bring:
6 years as a Boutique Designer, Custom Stylist, or Sampling/Pattern Master in ethnic apparel
Fluent Hindi (mandatory)

you'll be discussing complex cuts and patterns daily with our floor team
Working Telugu and English for client and management communication
Degree/Diploma in Fashion Designing, Apparel Technology, or Garment Production
Strong pattern-making and measurement scaling skills (S to XXL)
