Job Description
- Solid experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
- Hands-on with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph/Langchain
- Experience with Microsoft agent frameworks (AutoGen and Semantic Kernel)
- Ability to build and manage hosted AI agents
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with API development (e.g., FastAPI)
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and extraction
- Experience working with both structured and unstructured data: Structured data integration (e.g., Microsoft Fabric), Unstructured data handling (e.g., documents, files) using RAG, Azure AI Search
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, including LLMs and embedding models
- Understanding of authentication and access control: User authentication using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Implementation of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Knowledge of Responsible AI and LLMOps practices: Guardrails and content safety, LLM evaluation techniques (e.g., LLM-as-a-judge), Performance monitoring and metrics,
Human-in-the-loop workflows
- Exposure to Power BI dashboard integration and automation
- Experience deploying agents across channels: Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Custom web applications
