As a member of the team, you will work as a resource in traffic studies, in both larger and smaller projects. The projects may concern both urban environments and rural roads.
We are looking for a team player who enjoys working in groups, is quick to learn, and is skilled in road and street design.
About the team in Sweden :
The team in Sweden consists of around 10 traffic designers and traffic engineers. The range of tasks is broad and extends from sketches in early stages to the design of traffic arrangements in construction documents.
Responsibility:
- Assist our traffic designers, traffic planners, and traffic engineers with drawings and plans.
- Tasks may include developing traffic design in early design phases based on the needs of different modes of transport, preparing standard cross-sections, and carrying out simpler profile studies.
- Prepare accessibility plans for people with disabilities – routes and gradients.
- Prepare plans/sketches for traffic management during construction in different stages (traffic management principles).

We expect that you have:
- Bachelor/ Master’s degree in traffic engineering.
- Having 3-5 years of relevant working experience as a traffic engineer.
- Having ability to manage works under time and resources constraints to finish works in time with good quality and having ability to work under pressure
- A high degree of independence and the ability to develop your knowledge.
- Having good logic of thinking, problem solving and willingness working in team.
- Valuable level in English communication.
