We are looking for a Creative Head who can work directly with clients, understand their business objectives, develop strong creative strategies and ideas, and guide our internal teams through execution.

About the Role
Creative Head role is a high-level, senior leadership position. The role will shape the big-picture vision, manage teams of designers and writers, and report directly to CEO

You will own the creative process from client brief to final delivery.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business, audience, challenges and objectives, convert these into creative strategies and concepts, and collaborate with designers,



writers, marketers, video editors and other team members to execute them.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to someone who combines strategic thinking, creative ideation and strong execution skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand client businesses, audiences, competitors and marketing objectives
- Lead client briefing, discovery and brainstorming discussions
- Convert business objectives into transparent creative strategies and briefs
- Develop campaign concepts, communication ideas, content themes and creative directions
- Generate ideas for websites, social media, advertising, video and digital campaigns
- Create clear briefs for designers, writers, video editors and marketing teams
- Guide teams on messaging, storytelling, visual direction and execution
- Review creative work before client presentation or delivery
- Ensure work is aligned with the client brief, brand and bus
