Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals and bids to potential clients. Understand TQs and ensure its closure by co-ordinating with various stakeholders. Also prepare RFQs for bought out items ensuring collection of offers
- Prepare ensure proposals and bids are accurate, comprehensive, and meet clients requirements.
- Assist in the development of pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather relevant information and documentation.
- Maintain and update the proposal and bidding database.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries on pricing or any other points related to proposals
Requirements
Key Skills Required
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Technically sound to understand Client/RFQ requirement.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in bid management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read and understand PID, Develop BOM based on PID PMS. Understanding of ASME Codes and standards
- Knowledge of upstream of Oil Gas facility its associated various process packages.
