Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineer with 12+ years of industry experience and solid expertise in database engineering. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge in evaluating, provisioning, configuring, performance tuning, scalability, high availability, monitoring, and overall management of database services across both cloud and on-premises environments.

Hands-on experience with Aurora PostgreSQL, AWS RDS PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), and Oracle database systems is essential.





In addition to core database responsibilities, this role requires the ability to design and develop AI-driven agents and automation solutions to optimize and streamline database operations and management.

Responsibilities

Cloud Database Platforms
- Evaluate and recommend AWS database services, including Amazon RDS (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL
- Design, implement, and optimize cloud-native database architectures on AWS including query optimization and performance tuning, indexing strategies etc.
- Lead and support database migrations from on-premises environments to AWS ODB, Amazon RDS, and Aurora PostgreSQL platforms
- Implement and manage observability, monitoring, and performance analytics across hybrid and cloud environments

Database Automation Platform Engineering
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting to automate database pro
