Job Purpose

To support research on vaccine cold chain innovation by contributing to data-driven analysis, field research, and modelling to improve last-mile vaccination delivery and assess climate-health linkages.
Job Outline

This role provides an prospect to work on a high-impact research project examining an Indian-origin healthcare innovation that enhances vaccine delivery in challenging geographies. The position involves supporting analytical, field, and policy-relevant research at the intersection of healthcare, climate, and supply chain optimization. The Research Analyst will work closely with ISB faculty and partners to contribute to research design, data analysis, and dissemination of insights.
Job Specifications
- Master s degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or Economics.




- Exceptional candidates with an undergraduate degree and strong analytical training or relevant work experience may also be considered.
Specific Skills
- Strong motivation to work at the intersection of healthcare, climate, and supply chain research.
- Ability to independently drive parts of the research process such as data analysis, model development, and stakeholder coordination.
- Good understanding of mathematical modelling, disease modelling, econometric analysis, supply chain analysis, and experimental design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving ability, and work ethic.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in research, consulting, or related analytical work (including internships or research assistantships).
- Prior exposure to health systems, climate research, or supply chain analysis preferred.
