Key Responsibilities:
- Own overall delivery, stability, and stakeholder confidence for the program
- Drive coordination across development, QA, product, support, and client teams
- Establish strong release governance, QA processes, and production readiness
- Track and manage issues, risks, priorities, and dependencies
- Proactively resolve blockers impacting delivery and system reliability
- Lead program reviews with leadership and client stakeholders
- Ensure timely response and resolution of production/field issues
- Improve release processes, support response, and product updates
- Foster a collaborative and solution-oriented team culture

Preferred candidate profile
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management (enterprise software)
- Solid experience managing complex, multi-team projects
- Expertise in release management, QA coordination, and production stability
- Strong understanding of SDLC and delivery frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management (preferably public-sector clients)
- Ability to translate technical challenges into execution plans
