We are seeking a highly skilled functional consultant with solid business understanding in Forecast to Plan and Plan to Produce processes. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in SAP APO SNP (Supply Network planning), CIF (Core Interface) modules with good knowledge on Demand Planning/PPDS. Knowledge of SAP IBP would be an added advantage

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Design, configure and support SAP APO in SNP and CIF modules, based on specific business requirements.
Resolve Service Requests/Incidents and problem management cases related to production support by identifying the root causes where subject matter expertise is required
Monitor CIF (Core Interface), identify and resolve interface issues to ensure the data consistency between ECC & APO systems
Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to deliver effective SAP solutions that support business objectives
Ensure the prioritized backlog in a sprint cycle is delivered on time and meets customer expectations.
Produce relevant documentation related to support, changes & projects to describe the procedures required to maintain customized functionality.
Produce end user documentation, describing how to use the newly developed or existing functionality if applicabl
