LIFO Technologies builds edge AI, hardware, and automation software for oil & gas, power, and logistics. We are a ~55-person deep-tech company in Chennai selling to India’s largest enterprises.
The Role

Drive new business in AI vision and industrial automation. Manage enterprise sales cycles (INR 50L to 5Cr), lead technical discoveries, shape solutions with product teams, and own territory development. We are looking for a self-starter with technical curiosity, a consultative approach, and the ability to translate technical specs into business value. You will need to handle long cycles (6 to 12 months) and deal complexity with an ownership mindset.
What You Will Own
- Prospect, qualify, and develop enterprise accounts.
- Lead technical presentations, RFP responses, and discovery meetings.




- Manage pipeline and close 8 to 12 accounts per year.
- Support POCs and pilots in coordination with engineering teams.
- Own post-sale account growth and quarterly business reviews.
Must Have
- 3 to 6 years of B2B sales in industrial automation, plant automation, AI/CV, or embedded IT.
- Closed deals of INR 50L or larger in the Indian market.
- Technical acumen: explain hardware and software complexity to both technical and non-technical buyers.
- Territory ownership: identify and develop new accounts, not just process inbound.
- Multi-threaded stakeholder management across operations, capex, and procurement.
- Willingness to travel 20 to 40 percent across India.
Nice to Have
- Energy, oil and gas, power, or logistics sector experience.
- Edge computing, IoT, or real-time AI product experience.
- Procurement knowledge (RFQ, GeM, tenders).
