Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to manage and market consultants who are available on the bench. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable client/vendor requirements, marketing consultants, generating interview opportunities, and successfully placing consultants on projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and market IT consultants on bench to prospective clients and vendors.
- Identify and analyze suitable requirements from job portals, vendor networks, LinkedIn, and other sources.
- Market consultants through emails, calls, vendor contacts, and professional networks.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with vendors, implementation partners, recruiters, and clients.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with vendors and clients.
- Coordinate with recruiters and consultants to understand technical skills, availability, location,



work authorization, and preferences.
- Submit consultants to relevant requirements and track submissions closely.
- Follow up on submissions, interviews, selections, offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain an updated database of consultants, vendors, requirements, submissions, and interview status.
- Generate regular submission, interview, and placement reports.
- Ensure consultants are continuously marketed until successful placement.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly placement targets.
- Build and expand the company's vendor/client network to generate recent business opportunities.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / IT Staffing.
- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment market.
- Good knowledge of technologies such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, Business Analyst, and other IT skill sets.
- Experience working with W2, C2C, C2H, and 1099 require
