Role Description
The Volunteer role at Surbhi FinNest is a full time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. Volunteers support daily operations, including assisting with financial literacy workshops, helping organize community events, and providing basic guidance to participants under supervision. Responsibilities may include preparing educational materials, collecting and maintaining records, coordinating with team members and partner organizations, and supporting outreach activities in local communities.



Volunteers are expected to collaborate closely with staff, contribute ideas to improve programs, and maintain a professional and respectful environment for all participants.

Qualifications
- Interest in finance, financial literacy, or community development, with a willingness to learn basic financial concepts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact respectfully with diverse community members.
- Organizational skills to help plan events, manage schedules, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Delhi, India, collaborate with a team, and follow guidance from supervisors.
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort using digital tools for outreach and documentation.
- Prior volunteer or community service experience is beneficial but not required; passion for helping others is essential.
