We are looking for a Customer Sales Executive to assist customers with their two-wheeler purchase requirements. The candidate will be responsible for customer interaction, product explanation, follow-ups, and supporting the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Attend customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable two-wheeler models.
- Explain product specifications, features, benefits, pricing, and available options.
- Conduct product demonstrations when required.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain customer enquiry and sales records.
- Coordinate with the showroom team during the purchase and delivery process.
- Work towards achieving assigned sales objectives.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to explain product features clearly.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and follow-ups.
- Automobile/two-wheeler sales experience will be an advantage.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Location: Govindpura
Pay: ₹10,005.11 - ₹15,000.00 per month
