We're looking for someone to lead Startizta's voice, not manage a posting calendar someone else wrote. You'll work directly with the founders to shape how this brand sounds, looks, and shows up, at a moment where social presence is one of our biggest growth levers.

What the work actually looks like:
- Managing and growing our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and ideally Twitter/X
- Building content calendars and telling the stories of the creators on our platform
- Working with founders directly on personal branding content
- Supporting outreach interns with content assets
- Driving real engagement: replying to comments and DMs, not just posting and moving on
- Tracking performance and reporting on what's actually working
- Running small organic influencer collaborations
- Coordinating with designers on branded creative
- Preparing a monthly growth report

What you need to bring:




- 4+ years managing brand social media accounts
- Strong copywriting and communication skills, in English and Hindi
- A real understanding of the creator and influencer ecosystem
- Ability to edit reels, shorts, and stories yourself
- Independent content ideation. You shouldn't need a brief for every post
- Comfort with Canva, Figma, or similar tools
- Bonus: performance marketing basics, social SEO knowledge, experience managing small paid boosts, comfort on camera

What we're actually looking for: someone with robust creative instincts and a real point of view on brand tone, not someone waiting to be told what to post.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
