Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving revenue growth and building strategic client relationships. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting discovery calls,



presenting Iconic Edge’s services, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with branding, content, and operations teams to design tailored proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Responsibilities also include maintaining a robust sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, and providing market feedback to refine offerings and positioning. The role requires proactive outreach, regular client meetings, and representation of Iconic Edge at industry events and networking opportunities.
