Brandtackers is looking for a Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor with 4–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, social media content and digital advertising.

You will create engaging social media creatives, digital ad designs, motion graphics, Reels and short-form videos for multiple client brands. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual design skills with video editing and motion design expertise.

You will work closely with strategists, writers, founders and client decision-makers to turn creative briefs into high-quality, performance-focused content.

Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media creatives, posts, carousels and Stories for Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Create high-quality digital advertising creatives for Meta Ads and Google Display Ads.
- Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos and social media videos in platform-specific formats.
- Create motion graphics, animated creatives, transitions and visual effects.




- Develop creative concepts based on campaign briefs and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with content strategists, copywriters and other creative team members.
- Maintain consistent visual identity across multiple brands and client accounts.
- Adapt creative assets into different formats, sizes and placements for digital platforms.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while responding effectively to feedback.
- Stay updated on social media trends, video formats, design trends and platform behaviour.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of skilled experience in graphic design, motion graphics and video editing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social media design, advertising creatives, motion graphics and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Reels and short-form video content.
- Experience creating creatives for Meta Ads and Google Displa
