We are looking for candidates with 1-2 years of sales experience in the frozen food or meat industry, particularly in:

Frozen Food Products, Sausages & Processed Meat, Frozen Meat Products etc

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and achieve assigned sales targets.

Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Build and expand distributor networks.

Manage sales across B2B, HoReCa, retail, distributors and other channels.

Identify recent market opportunities and expand the customer base.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer service.

Support the company's expansion across Bengaluru and Karnataka, with future plans for Pan-India expansion.

Candidate Profile

1-2 years of relevant sales experience in frozen food, sausages, frozen chicken, fish, meat or related FMCG/food products.





Any graduate qualification.

Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Experience in new customer acquisition and distributor development preferred.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation

Compensation will be based on the candidate's current salary, experience and suitability for the role + attractive incentive margin will be provided.
