Job Summary

The Technical Evaluator is responsible for conducting practical and technical assessments of candidates applying for Civil and MEP trades. The role involves evaluating candidates’ trade skills, experience, workmanship quality, safety awareness, and ability to meet client project standards before final selection and deployment.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Assessment
- Conduct trade tests and technical interviews for Civil trades such as Mason (Block & Plaster), Carpenter, Steel Fixer, Scaffolder, Painter, Tile Mason, Shuttering Carpenter, and General Construction Workers.
- Conduct technical assessments for MEP trades such as Electrician, Plumber, HVAC Technician, Pipe Fitter, Ductman & Insulator
- Evaluate candidat.s’ practical skills, tools handling, trade knowledge, productivity, and quality of workmanship.
- Assess candidates’ understanding of construction drawings, measurements, materials,



and installation procedures relevant to their trade.

Candidate Evaluation & Selection
- Verify candidates’ trade experience and previous project exposure.
- Identify skill gaps and determine suitability for client requirements.
- Prepare assessment reports and provide selection/rejection recommendations.
- Maintain standardized evaluation criteria across all recruitment drives.

Working Conditions
- Frequent travel to recruitment locations and trade test centers.
- Interaction with large volumes of blue-collar candidates.
- Coordination with overseas clients and project teams during recruitment campaigns.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
