We are looking for an experienced and proactive *Business HR (BHR)* professional to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, performance monitoring, and coordination with business teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, problem-solving, and employee management skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage *employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and HR formalities*.

* Handle *employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution*.

* Monitor *attendance, punctuality, leave, and workplace discipline*.

* Coordinate with department heads regarding *manpower requirements and employee performance*.

* Prepare and maintain *HR reports, attendance reports, RAG reports, and employee trackers*.

* Manage *performance monitoring, feedback, and employee engagement activities*.

* Handle *resignation, notice period, exit formalities, and employee separation processes*.

* Ensure adherence to *company HR policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements*.





* Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute towards a positive workplace culture.

* Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of *employee records and HR documentation*.

* Act as a bridge between employees, department heads, and management.

Requirements

* *2–3 years of experience in BHR/HR Operations* (on-paper experience mandatory).

* Graduate/MBA in *HR or a related field* preferred.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Valuable knowledge of *employee relations and HR operations*.

* Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.

* Proficiency in *MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR documentation*.

* Ability to handle sensitive employee matters professionally.

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Candidates with experience in *BHR, employee relations, or HR operations* will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
