We are looking for a skilled
Snowflake Data Engineer / Snowflake Developer
with robust experience in
Snowflake Data Cloud, SQL, DBT, ETL/ELT, and Data Warehousing
. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable data solutions, developing data pipelines, performing data transformations, optimizing Snowflake workloads, and supporting data migration and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions using Snowflake Data Cloud.
- Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and data transformation logic.
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and semi-structured data.
- Develop data transformation and modeling workflows using DBT.
- Create and maintain DBT models, incremental models, snapshots, tests, and macros.
- Design and implement data warehouse and dimensional data models, including fact and dimension tables.
- Work with Snowflake features such as Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Time Travel, Zero-Copy Cloning, Stages, Virtual Warehouses, and Data Sharing.




- Optimize Snowflake query performance, warehouse utilization, storage, and compute costs.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, cleansing, and quality checks across source and target systems.
- Develop and support data pipelines integrating Snowflake with AWS S3, Azure, or GCP cloud services.
- Support data migration and modernization initiatives from legacy databases/platforms to Snowflake.
- Work with large volumes of structured and semi-structured data including CSV, JSON, and Parquet.
- Develop Python scripts for data processing, automation, validation, and pipeline support.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis for data pipeline failures.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, developers, and reporting teams to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
- Follow Agile development practices, coding standards, version control, testing, and deployment processes.
