Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Handle complete GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-2B reconciliation, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9.
- Manage TDS deductions, payments, and return filing.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, labour laws, and other statutory deductions.
- Maintain vendor, customer, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in annual finalization of accounts, audits, ROC, and Income Tax compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports and support financial planning.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (Manufacturing industry preferred).
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, payroll, and statutory compliances.
- Good understanding of Private Limited Company taxation and annual compliance.
- Proficient in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and GST/Income Tax portals.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
