Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to help expand our customer base and increase business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be confident in communication, proactive in finding potential clients, and comfortable working toward sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their business needs.
- Present company products/services and explain their value to potential customers.
- Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations with prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations when required.




- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, meetings, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to meet business objectives.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation and sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify current opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of sales and lead-generation techniques.
- Ability to build professional relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
