Role Description
The Human Resources Manager at REPEAT GUD is a full time, on-site role based in Raipur. This role oversees the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, maintain compliance with labor laws, and support managers in handling employee relations and conflict resolution. Daily responsibilities include coordinating training and development programs,



managing HR records and payroll inputs, and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role also collaborates with leadership on workforce planning, organisational development, and initiatives that support employee well-being and retention.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, with a solid understanding of labor law and compliance requirements.
- Skills in training and development, including designing and coordinating learning programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Proficiency in HR administration, such as maintaining HRIS data, managing attendance and payroll inputs, and handling documentation.
