Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized
Chief of Staff – India Head
to work closely with the India Head and leadership team. The role will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, ensuring execution of key business priorities, coordinating across functions, and providing leadership with insights required for effective decision-making.

The ideal candidate should be a solid communicator, strategic thinker, problem solver, and someone who can work effectively with senior stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to the India Head and support execution of key business priorities.

Translate leadership vision and strategy into actionable plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.

Drive and track critical cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Coordinate with senior leaders across Operations, HR, Finance, IT, Sales, and other functions.

Prepare leadership presentations, business reviews, dashboards, MIS reports, and executive summaries.

Track key business metrics,



identify gaps, and ensure timely action and closure.

Organize and facilitate leadership meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions.

Follow up with functional leaders on action items, commitments, and key deliverables.

Identify operational challenges and work with stakeholders to develop effective solutions.

Support the India Head in decision-making by providing relevant data, analysis, and insights.

Ensure effective communication and alignment between the India leadership team and various functions.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion.

Represent the India Head in selected meetings and discussions when required.

Support organizational planning, transformation initiatives, and special projects.

Act as a bridge between the India Head and key internal and external stakeholders.
