KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Counsel students and parents about courses and career opportunities
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Handle incoming enquiries and generate admissions
- Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
- Handle objections and convert leads into admissions
- Maintain accurate lead and student records in CRM
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
- Coordinate with the academic and sales teams for smooth admission processes
REQUIREMENTS
- Any Degree
- 0–2 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Sales, Telecalling,
or Customer Service
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced EdTech setting
