About Us:

A SEBI-registered Portfolio Management Services (PMS) firm serving HNIs and family offices, expanding into IFSC to build a compliant and scalable global fund management platform under IFSC.

Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar (This is a full-time opportunity for a Mumbai-based PMS firm, and the candidate will be working full time from the client location in GIFT City, Gandhinagar.)

Role Summary:

The Compliance Officer will act as a Key Executive and be responsible for building the compliance framework from scratch and driving regulatory readiness for the IFSC entity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build compliance framework (policies, SOPs, AML/KYC, governance)
2. Lead IFSCA application, filings, and regulatory interactions
3. Drive risk management, monitoring, and audit readiness
4. Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and reporting

Eligibility:

1. 3+ years in compliance / risk within a regulated financial entity
2. CS or equivalent
3. Strong understanding of financial regulations & compliance practices
