Job Description
Job Title: Associate – MDM Pricing
Location: Bengaluru
Reporting to: Manager, MDM
Summary




The Pricing MDM Associate is responsible for executing day-to-day pricing master data activities, primarily through ticketing systems, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with defined SOPs.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Handle pricing-related requests via ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.)
- Create, update, and maintain pricing conditions in ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Process tickets related to: Price creation/modification/Deletion and Customer-specific pricing conditions
- Validate data inputs to ensure accuracy and completeness before processing
- Follow SOPs and business rules for pricing updates
- Meet SLA timelines for ticket resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Experience) for clarifications
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all changes
- Support bulk uploads and mass maintenance activities when required
- Identify and escalate issues or discrepancies in pricing data
