Job Summary

We are hiring a Jr. Business Analyst to join our IT project team. You will work alongside other business analysts. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis and documenting processes. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and a robust technical background.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience required; fresher can also apply.
- Should have Technical Background (B. Tech, MCA, BCA, MBA specialized in Business Analytics).
- Certificate Courses/ Internship in similar role is added advantage.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Documenting the technical and functional design requirement. (FRDs, BRDs, SRSs).
- Responsible for gathering and analysis of documents related to business needs and requirements.
- Documenting the technical and functional design of the system.




- Works in close association with developers and system architects to ensure proper implementation of the system.
