What You'll Do
As a Virtual Medical Assistant, you will help keep our clinic running smoothly by:
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Handle patient calls, voicemails, and follow-ups professionally
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Assist with insurance verification and authorizations
- Manage reports, spreadsheets, and administrative workflows
- Support providers and clinic staff with daily operations
- Utilize electronic medical record (EMR/EHR)
systems and company platforms
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain the confidentiality and security of all patient information

This position supports a U.S.-based medical practice.
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
- Night Shift / Graveyard Shift (India Time)
- Work hours will be based on the clinic's operational needs and department assignment, with schedules falling within 5:30 PM IST to 4:30
