Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, coordinate with suppliers, ensure timely availability of materials, and maintain cost-effective purchasing processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors.
- Source raw materials, components, tools, packaging materials, and other required items.
- Collect and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
- Negotiate price, quality, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, Accounts, and Management regarding purchase requirements.
- Check material availability and maintain proper procurement schedules.




- Monitor pending Purchase Orders and supplier commitments.
- Verify supplier invoices, delivery challans, and purchase-related documents.
- Maintain updated records of suppliers, quotations, POs, and purchase transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers.
- Handle supplier complaints, delays, quality issues, and discrepancies.
- Search for alternative suppliers to improve cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Monitor market prices and changes in raw-material costs.
- Ensure purchases are made according to company specifications and quality requirements.
- Prepare regular purchase reports for management.

Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong vendor management and follow-up skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
