Job Opening: Sales Manager – IT Infrastructure (B2B)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B IT Sales, preferably with an IT System Integrator (SI), Value-Added Reseller (VAR), OEM Partner, or IT Infrastructure company.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business opportunities in Corporate and Government sectors.

* Meet customers and understand their IT infrastructure requirements.

* Build and maintain relationships with CIOs, IT Managers, Procurement Teams, and key decision-makers.

* Promote IT infrastructure solutions including Servers, Storage, Networking, Cyber Security, Cloud, Backup, Virtualization, End User Computing, and related solutions.

* Coordinate with OEMs and distributors for quotations, technical support, pricing, and solution positioning.

* Prepare and follow up on quotations until closure.

* Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.





* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Update DSR, Opportunity Funnel, CRM, and sales reports on a regular basis.

* Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.

Desired Profile

* 1–2 years of experience in B2B IT Sales.

* Experience in Corporate and/or Government sales.

* Preference will be given to candidates from IT System Integrators (SI), VARs, OEM Partners, or IT Infrastructure companies.

* Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Self-driven with a proactive approach towards business development.

* Willingness to learn recent technologies and continuously upgrade product knowledge.

Preferred Skills

* Knowledge of Servers, Storage, Networking, Cyber Security, Microsoft Solutions, Cloud, Backup, and Virtualization.

* Familiarity with OEMs such as HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Mic
