About the project

We are the development center for Sbers India branch.

You have a unique opportunity to participate in building an Automated Banking System (ABS) for Sbers Indian branch from scratch.

The system consists of a set of modules - core, accounting, reporting, credit and non-credit products, internet banking and anti-fraud system. You can directly participate in the creation of any of them, influence the architecture, the quality, the processes, the way they should look in the end.

Our pros are no legacy, no complicated, hardened processes, modern technology.

Our goal is to make our own, small Sber for the foreign market.

Part of the team is in Russia, part in India, a great opportunity to work in an international team
About the role

Business Analyst will be a liaison between technology, operations, and various business units to lead and facilitate the creation and specification of business requirements regarding core banking solutions or enhancements to existing business processes and solutions.



Position works closely with end-users / developers, identifies and specifies business processes, analyses requirements, extracts business rules, resolves problems, testing, documenting, implementing and supporting new product implementation and releases.
Responsibilities

- systematic thinking and clear expression of thoughts, valuable verbal / written communication
- perform a gap analysis between current and desired processes and systems
- work cross-functionally with end users and technical team to collect, evaluate and compress data and information from multiple sources and differentiate between actual and required user needs
