Student Assessment and Mentorship
- Design and conduct quizzes, unit tests, assignments, and semester examinations in accordance with academic standards.
- Evaluate student performance fairly and provide timely, constructive feedback for academic improvement.
- Monitor and track student progress and provide appropriate academic support when required.
- Mentor students regarding academic goals, career opportunities, higher education, and professional development.
- Support students in developing communication, analytical, and skilled skills.

Curriculum and Content Development




- Collaborate with faculty members to review, update, and enhance course syllabi and teaching materials.
- Align curriculum and learning resources with board examinations, university requirements, and competitive examination standards.
- Incorporate relevant digital tools, educational technologies, and interactive learning methods into classroom instruction.
- Develop updated study materials based on emerging trends in commerce, finance, economics, and business.

Research and Academic Development
- Conduct and publish academic research, papers, articles, and case studies in the areas of commerce, finance, economics, and related disciplines.
- Participate in academic conferences, workshops, seminars, faculty development programmes, and skilled learning activities.
- Stay updated with developments in business, finance, education, and industry practices to enhance classroom instruction.
