Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily departmental operations and activities.
- Learn and follow company processes, SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
- Support senior team members in production, maintenance, packing, ASRS, quality, stores, and other functions.
- Maintain basic records and reports as required.
- Follow 5S, safety, discipline, and workplace standards.
- Work effectively with team members and support smooth operations.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma / Degree in relevant discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer/technical knowledge preferred.
- Willingness to learn and work in shifts.
