Quality Engineers
to ensure our defence and aerospace electronic products meet stringent quality and reliability standards.

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech — Electronics & Communication (ECE), Electrical & Electronics (EEE), or Mechanical Engineering
only

Experience:
2–5 Years, in electronics/hardware quality or inspection roles

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in ECE, EEE, or Mechanical Engineering — other backgrounds (including CS/IT) will not be considered for this role
- Hands-on experience with incoming, in-process, and final inspection of electronic components, sub-assemblies, or finished products
- Working knowledge of IPC standards
- Experience with root cause analysis methods (8D, 5 Why) and CAPA documentation

What you'll do:
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of components, sub-assemblies, and finished products
- Conduct root cause analysis using structured methodologies (8D, 5 Why)
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation — inspection reports, non-conformance reports, audit records
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with applicable IPC standards
- Define and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Support customer quality reviews, audits, and inspections for defence and aerospace programs
