Job Overview:

The Deputy General Manager Procurement will play a strategic leadership role in driving procurement excellence across multiple projects. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring cost-effective, timely, and quality-driven sourcing of materials, services, and subcontracting packages, aligned with our commitment to operational excellence and project delivery.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Strategic Procurement & Planning • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and business objectives • Collaborate with project, engineering, and planning teams for accurate demand forecasting • Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives across projects Vendor Ecosystem Development • Build a robust, reliable,



and scalable vendor base across civil, MEP, and finishing segments • Lead vendor identification, evaluation, onboarding, and performance management • Strengthen long-term partnerships with key suppliers and contractors • Develop alternate sourcing strategies to mitigate supply chain risks Tendering, Negotiation & Contracting • Lead end-to-end tendering processes including RFQs/RFPs, techno-commercial evaluations, and negotiations • Finalize contracts, rate agreements, and purchase orders with a solid focus on commercial advantage
