Job Title Incoming Inspection Executive QC Executive Job Summary The Incoming Inspection Executive QC Executive is responsible for inspecting and verifying all incoming raw materials components and packaging items to ensure compliance with defined quality standards and specifications This role involves systematic inspection preparation of specifications documentation and close coordination with suppliers and internal teams to prevent non-conforming materials from entering the production process Key Responsibilities Perform visual dimensional and functional inspection of raw materials e g non-woven SMS SSMMS PE films adhesive tapes medical-grade packaging Tyvek bags pouches accessories etc as per Quality Plan Prepare Incoming Raw Material Specifications in coordination with QA Verify supplier documentation PO COA MSDS specifications and cross-check batch details Record and report non-conformities and coordinate with QA Purchase and Supplier Quality teams for corrective actions Conduct recent sample testing as per approved SOPs Maintain Sample Reports Incoming Inspection Reports Raw Material Tracker and COA master records in line with ISO 13485 requirements Support CAPA management supplier quality feedback and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure timely communication with Procurement Warehouse and QA teams for material release and stock clearance Required Skills Attributes Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 ERP SAP and Lean integration Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers Qualification Experience Diploma Degree in Science or related field 0-1 years of experience in quality inspection preferably in medical devices pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing industry Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
