We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell steel shots and grits to clients across various industries The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a robust understanding of industrial abrasives and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities in the steel shot and grit market Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients ensuring high customer satisfaction Present product features benefits and technical specifications to clients Prepare and deliver sales proposals quotations and contracts Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets Conduct market research to understand customer needs competitors and industry trends Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products Attend trade shows exhibitions and client meetings as required Maintain accurate records of sales activities leads and client communications in the CRM system Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Pune Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s Do you have own 2 wheeler Language English Preferred Work Location In person
