Purchase Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the procurement activities of both a healthcare industry as well as Solar Company This role requires efficient sourcing negotiation and vendor management to ensure timely supply of medical pharmaceutical and solar energy-related equipment The manager will collaborate with various departments to identify needs and develop strategies for cost-effective purchasing while ensuring compliance with industry standards Key Responsibilities Procurement Planning Develop and implement purchasing strategies for medical supplies pharmaceuticals hospital equipment and solar-related materials Collaborate with department heads to understand material requirements and forecast demand Vendor Management Identify evaluate and maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers for both hospital and solar operations Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure the best value while maintaining quality standards Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards for medical and solar products Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels of medical supplies equipment and solar components Establish reorder levels and minimize lead times to prevent shortages or overstocking Cost Control Track and analyze purchasing budgets to control costs and optimize expenditures Continuously evaluate market trends to make informed purchasing decisions and ensure cost-efficiency Compliance Documentation Ensure compliance with hospital and solar industry standards including medical regulations environmental guidelines and sustainable purchasing practices Maintain accurate records of purchases contracts and transactions for audits and financial reporting Risk Management Identify risks related to supply chain disruptions market fluctuations or vendor reliability and develop mitigation plans Collaboration Communication Coordinate with finance legal and operations teams to align purchasing activities with overall business goals Report to senior management on purchasing performance cost savings and vendor assessments Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field 5 years of experience in procurement preferably in the healthcare or solar energy sectors Strong negotiation vendor management and cost analysis skills Knowledge of industry regulations both in the medical and solar energy sectors Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems Familiarity with sustainable and ethical purchasing practices Work Workplace This role involves working in both the hospital environment and the solar energy sector requiring an understanding of diverse procurement needs Regular coordination with healthcare professionals engineers and suppliers is key to success in this role Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 23 000 00 per month Experience total work 3 years Required Work Location In person
