Company Leading Garments Manufacturing Location -Tiruppur Designation Sr Civil Manager Industrial Projects Education Diploma in Civil BE Civil Experience Minimum 15 years Above Reporting to Vice President Role Summary Driving the Industrial Civil Projects Maintenance process pertaining Roles Responsibilities - Civil Project construction Building Maintenance - 1 To expert in analyzing the maps blueprints drawings and plan projects have good knowledge in home Interior designs 2 Clear the inspections of Structural and Architectural works with the Architects 3 Ability to manage the sub civil contractors 4 He should knowledge about designing construction structural repairs and program modification 5 He should expert in inspecting project sites to monitor the progress and ensuring the conformance to design specifications 6 He should ensure the quality of the materials 7 To estimate the quantities and cost of materials equipment and labour required 8 Planning Scheduling the works and assigning the tasks to the team 9 Delivering the assignment successfully and being accountable for planning and direction 10 Involved in budget allocation and complete the work within the budget allocated 11 Complete the work within the scheduled timeline 12 Provide the maintenance solution with cost efficiency Bill Preparation 1 Preparing Running Final Bill Sub contractor bill BOCW Act 1 Knowledge about the government regulations regarding property and civil engineering laws Software Proficiency 1 Designing software applications such as Auto CAD Reports To be Followed - 1 Preparing daily weekly and monthly progress reports and reporting it to the management CTC - As per Company norms Job Type Full time Pay 1 200 000 00 - 1 300 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
