Job Purpose To oversee and execute civil works related to residential and commercial real estate projects ensuring timely delivery cost efficiency safety and quality standards Key Responsibilities Site Execution Supervision Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites Ensure work progress as per approved drawings designs and BOQs Coordinate with contractors labor teams and vendors Quality Safety Monitor construction quality and ensure adherence to standards Implement safety guidelines and statutory compliances at site Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship Planning Coordination Assist in preparing project schedules and work programs Coordinate with architects structural engineers MEP teams and consultants Support in getting statutory approvals and clearances Measurement Billing Prepare and verify contractors bills quantity estimation and BOQs Maintain records of material consumption and project documentation Reporting Documentation Update project progress reports for management review Maintain site records drawings and reports Highlight risks delays and suggest corrective actions Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree Diploma in Civil Engineering 3-8 years of experience in real estate construction residential commercial or mixed-use projects Knowledge of construction methodologies finishing works and site management Familiarity with AutoCAD MS Office and project scheduling tools Key Skills Strong knowledge of civil construction practices Good communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple site activities Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving ability Knowledge of contracts billing and material management Job Type Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
