Job Title Site Supervisor - Plumbing Department Projects Reporting To Project Head Location Aurangabad PAN India - as applicable Experience 2 Years in Plumbing In office Supervision Qualification ITI Plumber or 12th Pass with plumbing experience Compensation As per market standard Job Objective The Site Supervisor - Plumbing will be responsible for supervising on-site plumbing work managing plumbers and helpers and ensuring the quality and timely completion of tasks as per approved designs and work instructions Key Responsibilities Supervise plumbing installation work at construction sites Guide and monitor plumbers helpers during daily operations Read and understand basic plumbing drawings and material speci ications Coordinate with the Site Engineer for work schedules materials and updates Maintain records of attendance work progress and material usage Conduct routine quality and safety checks Use mobile phone for communication photo updates and app-based reporting Ensure proper site housekeeping and safety practices Eligibility Criteria Education ITI Plumber OR 12th Pass with plumbing knowledge and site supervision experience Experience Minimum 2 years of plumbing work experience preferably in residential commercial sites Site supervision or team handling experience is Preferred Skills Basic English reading ability for drawings and instructions Ability to operate a smartphone for reporting and communication Strong plumbing knowledge and hands-on approach Team coordination and on-site problem-solving Behavioural Traits Punctual and reliable Honest and responsible Can follow instructions accurately Good team coordination Safety and cleanliness focused Salary Benefits CTC As per market standard No hidden charges or deductions Uniforms mobile data work tools and travel if applicable as per project need Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Experience Site Supervisor 2 years Required Construction plumbing 2 years Required Work Location In person
