functional safety process requirements Planning steering and monitoring all project activities adapting to evolving priorities and technical challenges Regularly reporting project statuses and key metrics to both technical and management audiences providing transparency and actionable insights Executing gate reviews leading decision-making matrices and ensuring timely completion of project
