Job Requirements We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Engineer with strong expertise in C Python and microservices architecture The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing developing and maintaining scalable software systems in containerized environments You will be responsible for leading small teams collaborating with global stakeholders and contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle Key Responsibilities Participate in requirement analysis system design coding and testing of software applications Understand and contribute to the architecture and design of existing microservice-based applications Take ownership of assigned tasks including recent feature implementation bug fixes and enhancements Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across geographies for technical discussions and project alignment Lead and mentor development teams of up to 5 members ensuring quality and timely delivery Perform code reviews unit testing and ensure adherence to best practices in software development Analyze and debug issues in multi-threaded containerized environments using appropriate tools and techniques Deliver high-quality reusable code aligned with industry standards and project requirements Required Technical Skills Strong programming skills in C Windows Linux with 4-6 years of experience Proficiency in Python and Linux Shell scripting Experience with Docker Kubernetes and container orchestration Familiarity with DevOps tools such as GitLab Jenkins and CI CD pipelines Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design multi-threading and debugging techniques Experience working in Agile development environments Expertise in Node js with TypeScript Desired Skills Experience with TypeScript and automation frameworks such as Python Behave or Cucumber Ability to explore and understand large codebases and complex architectures Self-driven with the ability to deliver independently with minimal supervision Familiarity with tools like WinSCP Putty Rally Clearcase Collaborator SVN or Git Proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel Word and PowerPoint Work Experience Refer above
