About the Role We re looking for a friendly responsible and detail-oriented individual to manage daily operations at our Cresetto soft serve kiosk You will be the face of the brand serving premium Italian-inspired soft creams making fresh waffle cones and ensuring an exceptional customer experience Key Responsibilities Serve soft cream to customers with precision and consistency Prepare freshly made waffle cones as per brand standards Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the kiosk at all times Manage and monitor stock levels ingredients packaging disposables etc Handle basic billing and POS operations Provide excellent customer service and handle queries with a positive attitude Coordinate with the backend team for inventory restocking and operational updates Requirements Prior experience in F B QSR Ice Cream or Dessert outlets preferred Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Good communication and customer interaction skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of the kiosk Minimum qualification 10th Pass SSC or equivalent Job Type Full time Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
