About Us Vasavi Decorations is a growing business engaged in event planning studio services and buying selling of decoration materials We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant who can manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations with efficiency and accuracy Job description Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting activities including purchase sales expenses and receipts Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally and Excel Prepare and maintain cash book ledger bank reconciliation and inventory records Ensure timely statutory compliance Maintain records for vendor payments client invoicing and petty cash Assist in monthly quarterly yearly closing of accounts and prepare necessary reports Assist in monthly quarterly yearly Budget forecast Collection forecast Prepare CAPEX OPEX report Prepare and share MIS reports as required by management Coordinate with external auditors or consultants for internal audits or compliance Maintain supporting documentation and ensure proper filing and data backup Cross Function Handle office Administration work Required Skills Expertise in Tally for accounting and inventory management Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - especially in using formulas pivot tables and data analysis Strong understanding of accounting principles and GST compliance Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in records Good organizational and communication skills Eligibility Criteria Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in accounting role Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or a related field Work Timing 10 00 AM to 07 00 PM Holiday Sundays Remuneration Rs 15 000 - to 20 000 - Salary will be offered at par with market standards based on experience and skills Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Required Experience Financial accounting 3 years Required Location Coimbatore Bazaar Coimbatore Tamil Nadu Required Willingness to travel 25 Required Work Location In person
