Cottage is a Mediterranean cuisine restaurant dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences in a welcoming atmosphere We pride ourselves on our high-quality food excellent customer service and vibrant team culture We re looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front and back-of-house operations and help take our restaurant to the next level Position Summary The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations including team leadership guest satisfaction inventory control and financial performance This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and can effectively manage a diverse team Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service Hire train and manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff Monitor staff performance and provide coaching as needed Ensure high standards of food quality presentation and cleanliness Handle guest inquiries feedback and complaints professionally Manage inventory ordering and vendor relationships Maintain accurate financial records including sales labor and costs Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations Implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financials Knowledge of health and safety regulations Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
