Job Overview We are hiring an experienced MEP Engineer to join our team to lead the design execution and maintenance of MEP systems in commercial and office fit-out projects The role requires a technically sound individual with hands-on exposure to the latest market practices robust design capabilities and execution knowledge across Electrical Plumbing HVAC and Fire Safety systems Electrical Responsibilities Expertise in HT connections load calculations panel sizing and distribution systems Skilled in LT electrical design and site execution as per standards and safety norms Proficient in lighting design with lux level calculations using tools such as Dialux Well-versed in product selection market trends and vendor management for electrical items Experience in estimating and preparing BOQs for all electrical systems Experience handling office space electrical maintenance and fit-out project design Plumbing Responsibilities Designing plumbing systems including soil waste and water supply lines Experience in plumbing system maintenance including troubleshooting and repair protocols Strong product knowledge and market awareness of sanitary fixtures piping systems and plumbing accessories Capable of preparing BOQs and cost estimations for plumbing works Fire Safety Responsibilities Working knowledge of fire sprinkler system design and installation standards NFPA NBC Experience in preparing BOQs and estimates for fire protection systems Ability to design and plan fire alarm systems including interface with other building services Thorough understanding of office interior fire safety norms means of egress and mandatory signage Provide fire safety compliance guidance to the architectural and interior design teams during project planning HVAC Responsibilities Basic understanding of HVAC systems including split cassette ductable and VRV VRF systems Knowledge in air balancing duct routing coordination and clearance planning with other services Ability to coordinate with HVAC vendors and ensure seamless integration in fit-out works Requirements Degree Diploma in Electrical Mechanical Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP roles for commercial or office fit-out projects Familiarity with AutoCAD MS Excel BOQ tools and MEP software like Dialux HAP optional Good communication and team coordination skills Strong on-site presence with ability to solve design and execution-level challenges Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple service vendors Preferred Qualities Exposure to green building practices or LEED norms is a plus Must be Capable of coordinating with consultants architects and client representatives Proactive and responsible in handling maintenance calls and post-handover support Join our team and play a key role in delivering high-performance workspaces Experience 5 years experience Job Type Full-time Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Experience MEP Engineer 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
