Job Title Tender Sales Design Engineer - Fire Fighting Systems Location Bangalore India Brand VariEx - A Division of Varistor Technologies Pvt Ltd Type Full-Time About Us At VariEx a trusted brand under Varistor Technologies Pvt Ltd we specialize in providing cutting-edge fire safety solutions across India With a strong track record in design installation and maintenance of fire protection systems we are on a mission to safeguard lives and assets through reliable and efficient technologies Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Tender Sales Design Engineer who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of tendering technical design BOQ preparation and sales coordination for Fire Fighting Systems such as Hydrant Sprinkler Pump Room and Gas Suppression Systems This role plays a crucial part in driving project wins and ensuring technical accuracy in every proposal Key Responsibilities Tender Management Study tender documents commercial technical drawings specifications and BOQs Prepare comprehensive techno-commercial proposals and submissions Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to gather necessary documents and quotations Participate in pre-bid meetings and prepare compliance statements Sales Business Development Identify and engage with potential clients consultants and contractors Prepare and present quotations technical offers and follow-ups for order closures Support the sales team with technical inputs and client queries Design Engineering Prepare schematic diagrams layout drawings and system designs for Fire Fighting Systems Ensure compliance with IS codes NBC NFPA and relevant standards Collaborate with internal teams for design validation and project execution BOQ Estimation Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities BOQ and cost estimates Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural and MEP drawings Optimize designs for cost-effective solutions without compromising safety Key Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Mechanical Fire Safety Electrical Engineering 2-5 years of experience in Fire Fighting System tenders sales and design Robust knowledge of NFPA NBC TAC IS codes and fire safety standards Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Excel and BOQ estimation software Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines Preferred Traits Self-starter with a proactive mindset Team player with a solution-oriented approach Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Why Join VariEx Be part of a fast-growing mission-driven brand Work on impactful safety-critical projects across industries Collaborative team environment with continuous learning Performance-based growth and recognition Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 11 981 71 - 57 100 19 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person Expected Start Date 25 08 2025
