We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Service In-charge cum Advisor to manage daily service operations ensure superior customer satisfaction and streamline workshop efficiency The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background in automotive servicing excellent customer handling skills and the ability to lead a team of technicians effectively Key Responsibilities Act as the point of contact for customers and accurately understand their vehicle complaints and service requirements Prepare job cards and provide estimates for service and repair Communicate service timelines cost estimates and updates to customers Maintain proper documentation and keep customers informed about vehicle status Manage day-to-day workshop operations technician allocation and workflow Conduct quality checks and ensure vehicles are serviced as per OEM standards Ensure adherence to safety cleanliness and quality standards in the workshop Key Skills and Competencies In-depth knowledge of automotive service processes and diagnostics Familiarity with DMS Dealer Management Systems and service software Qualifications and Experience Diploma Degree in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering 1 -7 years of experience in a service advisor or service supervisor role automotive industry preferred Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 12 000 00 - 23 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Location Trivandrum Kerala Required Work Location In person
